Rooted Bonds Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance.
Choosing to work outside of insurance allows therapy to stay centered on you—your experiences, your pace, and what you’re wanting from the process—rather than being shaped by diagnosis requirements or session limits.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt of services) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend contacting your provider to learn more about your benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
A limited number of reduced-fee (prompt-pay) spots are available. If cost is something you’re considering, you’re welcome to reach out and we can talk through options, including ways to space sessions so it feels manageable.

I accept secure online payment via credit or debit card, including FSA/HSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Yes! I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients throughout Ohio, giving you flexibility and comfort while receiving care from home. I do not offer in-person sessions at this time.
